- 2 cups of sticky rice
- 2 ½ cups of water
- ½ teaspoon koshersalt
First, measure the 2 cups of sweet, glutinous, or Jasmine rice.
Put the rice into a fine mesh strainer.
Rinse the rice thoroughly under running tap water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
Pour rinsed sticky rice and 2 ½cups of water into the rice cooker's cooking pot.
