Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Short Grain Aromatic Rice
  • 4 cups (1 Liter) of Milk
  • A pinch of Salt
  • ΒΌ cup of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 8-10 Raisins
  • Ground Cinnamon for sprinkling
  • Mixed nuts, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take your rice cooker cup and measure 1 cup of rice with it.
  • Rinse them thoroughly and soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
  • Add the soaked rice and 3 cups of milk to your rice cooker pot. Close the lid and start the rice cooker.
  • Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • Within 8-10 minutes of cooking, it will start to boil. When it starts boiling, don't close the rice cooker's lid.
  • Add the remaining milk, a pinch of salt, sugar,and vanilla extract. Give everything a gentle stir to combine.
  • Keep stirring to prevent sticking, and cook it for another 5 minutes.
  • Then toss little amount of ground cinnamon and mixed nuts for extra texture and taste.
  • Cook for one more minute to allow the flavors to-meld even further, then turn off the cooker.
  • Your creamy rice pudding is ready. Serve it warm,and enjoy!
